Dr. Tufts graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1994 and the University of Rochester in 1991. Originally from Gettysburg, PA, Dr. Tufts moved with his young family to Winchester in the mid 1990's and opened the practice in 1995. In his spare time, Dr. Tufts enjoys staying active, running marathons, and spending time with his wife, Tamar, and two sons.
